- Stair parts are produced from white oak, red oak & poplar. Moulding parts produced from red oak and poplar. Other species available upon request.
- Prices are F.O.B. our dock.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Handrail, shoerail and skirt boards are priced per random LF. Although every effort will be made to insure specific length requirements, customers will be responsible for any over length.
- On mouldings, prices are for random lengths: 3' to 16' (85%: 7' or longer). For specific lengths add 20%.
- We will be notified within five (5) days of any claims. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and authorized by us. Under no circumstances will prefinished material be returnable. Material returned is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Upon credit approval, a 2% cash discount will be allowed if payment is received within 10 days of shipment. Net due 30 days from date of shipment. All accounts past due are subject to a 1 1/2% service charge per month.
- Customer patterns available on mouldings. Knife charge and set-up. Call for quote. Custom runs on mouldings are subject to a 10% maximum over run which will be shipped and invoiced.
- Order requirements for mouldings: approved shop drawings and a signed purchase order. Order for stair parts will be processed upon receipt of signed purchase order.
